Do you perform your work a certain way just because “That’s the way we’ve always done it”? Is there a better way to serve our citizens? Is your department already doing something that other departments could benefit from? Now is your chance to turn your ideas into reality. Camden County Employees know our programs and services better than anyone else, so your timely feedback is extremely important.
There is already an established employee reward program called Suggestions To Assist in Reduced Spending (STARS), but this is an additional opportunity with a simpler approach. Ideas do not have to be specific to your department. Your idea may be submitted via email, in person, or a web-form found on the employees-only section of the website. Employees at all levels are encouraged to share. You may remain anonymous if you desire and you are not required to disclose your name or department. All ideas will be carefully considered and implemented where appropriate.
