Weapons Carry Licenses:
Due to Supreme Court Chief Justice Melton’s Judicial Emergency Order being further extended until June 12, 2020 the Camden County Probate Court will NOT be accepting new Weapons Carry License applications at this time.
Beginning May 14, 2020- the Camden County Probate Court will begin issuing Weapons Carry License Renewals that expired after March 1, 2020 by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call the Probate Court at 912-576-3785 to schedule an appointment before you complete the online application. Please be sure to complete the online application prior to arriving for your appointment or you will be rescheduled.
*We ask that only the applicant come in to the Probate Court for the appointment to help maintain social distancing.*
Our Judge will NOT be performing any Marriage Ceremonies until further notice. If you are not a Camden County resident or an active duty member of Kings Bay Naval Base, Camden County Probate will NOT issue you a Marriage License at this time. Camden County residents and current active duty members of Kings Bay Naval Base may obtain a Marriage License by appointment ONLY. Please call the Probate Court at 912-576-3785 to schedule an appointment before you complete the application online.

These OTA/Emergency Orders are still being handled by appointment. Please call the Probate Court to schedule an appointment for these matters.
Birth Certificates and Death Certificates can be requested via mail only. Certified copies of marriage records can be requested via mail or online.
